Privacy Policy
01Who we are
This site is operated by TYBRITE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED ("Tybrite", "we", "us"), trading as Tybrite Labs. We build commerce infrastructure — Galactic Core, the commerce engine, and Anvil, the creative layer that generates storefronts on top of it.
This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through this website and our company contact channels. If you use one of our products, the policy published on that product's own site governs the data inside it — this page does not replace it.
02What we collect
We keep this deliberately small. We collect:
- What you send us. When you submit the contact form or a partner application, we receive your name, email address, company and website where given, the topic you selected, and the message itself.
- What you email us. Anything you send to our published addresses, along with the message metadata your mail provider attaches.
- Basic usage analytics. Aggregate measurements of how pages are used — which pages are visited, roughly where traffic arrives from, and the device class. We use this to improve the site, not to build profiles of individuals.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
03Why we use it
- To reply to you. The only reason we ask for your details on the contact form is so a person can answer.
- To assess a partner application. Where you apply to a partner track, we use what you send to evaluate the fit and continue the conversation.
- To run and improve the site. Aggregate analytics tell us what is useful and what is not.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Where the law requires us to keep a record.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
05How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and partner applications for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have context if you come back to us. When information no longer serves the purpose it was collected for, and no legal obligation requires us to retain it, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
06How we protect it
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and administrative access to our systems is authenticated and logged. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but security is treated as part of the engineering, not as an afterthought.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where our use rests on consent.
To exercise any of these, email info@tybritelabs.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows. If you believe we have handled your information badly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
08Where information is processed
We operate globally and our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where information moves across borders, we rely on the safeguards the applicable law provides for such transfers, and we require our providers to protect it to the standard set out in this policy.
10Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page, and where the change is significant we will say so clearly rather than expecting you to spot it.
