Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TYBRITE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED ("Tybrite", "we", "us"), trading as Tybrite Labs. They govern your use of this website.

They do not govern your use of our products. If you open an account on Galactic Core or generate a storefront with Anvil, the terms published on that product's own site apply to it, and they take precedence there.

This website describes our company, our products, and our engineering practice. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty about a product, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us about your own situation.

Use the site normally and in good faith. Do not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or any account.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site except under a written agreement with us.
• Interfere with the site’s operation or place an unreasonable load on it.
• Scrape or harvest content or contact details for bulk outreach.
• Submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Use the site to impersonate a person or organisation.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it to support@tybritelabs.com rather than disclosing it publicly.

When you submit the contact form or a partner application, you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you are entitled to send it. You keep ownership of it; you give us permission to use it to respond to you and to assess your enquiry or application. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The content, design, and code of this site, together with the Tybrite Labs, Galactic Core, and Anvil names and logos, belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, share, and quote the content with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, reuse our branding as your own, or present our material as if it were yours.

This site links to our product surfaces and documentation, and occasionally to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate. Following an external link means their terms and their privacy policy govern what happens there.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time — including product descriptions and indicative pricing. Pricing shown here is a summary; the price that applies to you is the one presented at the point of purchase on the relevant product surface. Live operational status for our platform is published at status.tybritelabs.com.

This website is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in relation to the site. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Commitments about a product live in that product's own agreement, not here.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to cover us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws applicable to TYBRITE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED at its place of registration, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
